A Week in Denmark

We decided to spend a week of holiday together with a couple of friends in Denmark, in the Jylland countryside. A couple of friends invited us to join them in Denmark and sinc they have two children the same age as Louise is was a good idea.
We decided to take the car and then to take the ferry from Göteborg to Fredirkshamn and continue to the cottage just outside the small town or village of Fjerritslev.

We decided to leave one day in advance, which was a great idea. There was a major accident in one of the two bridges over Södertälje which lead to massive traffic jams and we spent a couple of hours extra on the road. Very very annoying and not the best start. However, we arrived to Ojared Resort in time for dinner and things got better. Ojared resort is close to Göteborg and really a beautiful place. We had also perfect weather and the pool was perfect. So Louise was really pleased. Food was OK, and breakfast really excellent.

We then went on to the Göteborg to take the ferry to Denmark and spent a couple of hours on a small looking at the town and having coffee and relaxing. After that is was time to board the ferry and then on to Denmark. So taken together an OK start for our holiday week. Rather relaxing with a couple of nice stops on the way.

We had a really nice weather so conditions for taking a few photographs was good and Louise behaved really excellent, no complaints and very patient during the trip.
